Made from our heirloom Pima 60 day corn, an ancient flour corn prized for it’s flavor and texture. The mature ears are hand-picked and shelled, next, the kernels are mesquite parched and stone milled to produce this delicious ancient “fast food” used by Pima runners as they traveled from village to village carrying important news.
